Myth:
1.      People go into HR because they like people.
2.      Anyone can do HR.

Fact:
1.      HR departement are not designer to provide corporate therapy or as social or health and happiness retreats.
2.      -HR activities are based on theory and  research.
-Theory and practis.

Human Resource Management at work.

HRM
   The process of acquiring, training, apprasing, and compensating employees and of  attending to their labor relations, health, safety and fairness concerns.

Organization
   People with formally assigned roles who work together to achieve the organizations goals.

Manager
   The person responsible for accomplishing the organizations goals, and who does so by managing the efforts of the organizations people.

The Management Process
           Planning > Organizing > Staffing > Loading > Controling

*controlling (menggunakan fungsi evaluasi), performens dan mentoring masuk kepada controling.
